Happy Easter!

I'm exhausted! I was off on Friday and we had our new closet put in, which means we finished our first home project. Later we will be making a list of other things we need to do accomplish this summer - the list is long and involves a lot of paint!

That afternoon I picked up my mother-in-law at the airport and cooked up a nice meal for dinner. Saturday we went to Lieper's Fork and Franklin to the antique stores. Then we had dinner at the Yellow Porch. The restaurant was small and intimate. I had the gnocchi for an appetizer which was cooked perfectly and the veggies that accompanied it were quite tasty - especially the mushrooms. I then had a salad for dinner - nothing special but I did love the cherries in the salad. Then we split desert. We had the tiramisu which was good minus the hershey's chocolate syrup that was on it. The best part of the meal though meetin Jack White - let's just say he was super nice.

Today I cooked brunch. We watched the end of W, which we started last night. And, let's just say if any that was half true it is really scary. We dropped our mother-in-law off at the airport and then did yardwork.

Tomorrow back to running.
